EFFECTIVE AS OF AUGUST 13, 2015
On month-to-month and annual/multi-year plans paid upfront, you will not be charged a cancellation fee. You are however charged for the current month in which you cancel on month-to-month plans, regardless of when during the month cancellation occurs. Upon cancellation, access to your apps will be removed. You will be able to reactivate your account at a later date if you like.
To permanently cancel your account, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you are buying Hardware from us, Koomi must be notified of defective units within 30 days of purchase in order to arrange for repair or replacement. If a hardware defect occurs more than 30 days after initial purchase, you must contact the manufacturer directly to arrange for a repair or replacement. Please be advised that, within the 30-day period, returns or exchanges will not be processed for any hardware returned without all original packaging.

Koomi reserves the right to at any time modify or discontinue one or more elements of the Service on reasonable notice, except where technical contingencies cause disruption without notice.
Prices of the Services are subject to change at any time with 30 days notice. We will let you know by any or all of the following: Email, posting to koomi.com or posting inside the Admin Panel.
Koomi backs up all data from the Admin Panel daily. You are however responsible for exporting your reports’ data regularly.
Koomi agrees that as between Licensee and Koomi, (a) Licensee’s data maintained by Licensee on the Koomi website and related applications belongs to Licensee; and (b) Koomi acts as data processor (as defined in the Data Protection Act 1998 (“DPA”)).
Licensee shall not (a) make copies of or further distribute the Licensed Software, including copying onto any other medium, (b) distribute, rent, sublicense, lease, resell, or assign the Licensed Software, (c) alter, modify or adapt the Licensed Software or the Koomi Services, including but not limited to, translating, decompiling, disassembling, reverse engineering, or creating derivative works, (d) export the Licensed Software without the appropriate foreign government licenses and without Koomi’s prior written approval, (e) resell, rent or otherwise provide access to the Koomi services to a third party or (f) take any action in an attempt to obtain any other Koomi user’s data, cause malfunction, crash, tamper with or otherwise impair the Koomi website and related applications, and their services. Any rights not expressly granted hereunder are reserved by Koomi.
No rights in the Licensed Software or Koomi Services are granted, whether expressly or by implication, including, without limitation, any rights in any patents, copyrights, trademarks or trade secrets embodied therein, except in connection with the permitted uses expressly described herein.
At Koomi we do not sell, rent, lease or otherwise disclose your email address or other personally identifiable information or personally identifiable customer data to others, and we will not make your personal information available to any unaffiliated parties, except our approved agents or resellers, partners and contractors.
