Yes, you can pause and restart your subscription at any time.
Are there financing options available?
Yes, we have financing options going from 24 months to 60 months.
Does Koomi provide the iPad?
No. However if you require any other hardware, Koomi has it.
I already have hardware that I own, can I use them with Koomi?
We only integrate with Epson printers; however, you should contact one of our specialists
to go over it with you.
Are there any additional monthly charges for Koomi+?
No. There are no additional monthly fees for Koomi+
What happens if my internet connection stops working?
Koomi can still run in offline mode. All of your sales are saved locally until the internet
connection is re-established. An Internet connection is required to initially download the
menu and other settings from the admin panel.
What type of iPad should I use?
You can use any generation iPad compatible with the latest iOS, the list is found here. We
highly recommend to use the most recent regular sized iPad available.
