  • I’m a seasonal business, can I use Koomi only when I’m open?

    Yes, you can pause and restart your subscription at any time.

  • Are there financing options available?

    Yes, we have financing options going from 24 months to 60 months.

  • Does Koomi provide the iPad?

    No. However if you require any other hardware, Koomi has it.

  • I already have hardware that I own, can I use them with Koomi?

    We only integrate with Epson printers; however, you should contact one of our specialists
    to go over it with you.

  • What happens if my internet connection stops working?

    Koomi can still run in offline mode. All of your sales are saved locally until the internet
    connection is re-established. An Internet connection is required to initially download the
    menu and other settings from the admin panel.

  • What type of iPad should I use?

    You can use any generation iPad compatible with the latest iOS, the list is found here. We
    highly recommend to use the most recent regular sized iPad available.
