Connect your kitchen printer

If you will be connecting an Epson thermal receipt printer to your network, you will have to set a fixed IP on the printer for the Koomi Master or Koomi Kitchen apps to find it. For instructions on how to configure the printer’s IP address read here or watch this video.
The printer’s IP address must be set to the same 3 first octets as your Wi-Fi network. We recommend to set the last octet of the IP address to 254. If you have multiple peripherals that require a fixed IP, set them with .254, then .253, etc.

How to connect your MEV

If your location requires the use of MEV to record all sales, you must give the MEV a fixed IP. This requires a MEV technician. We are authorized MEV technicians. You can contact us at support@www.koomi.com if you would like us to configure your MEV.

The MEV’s IP address must be set to the same 3 first octets as your Wi-Fi network. We recommend to set the last octet of the IP address to 254. If you have multiple peripherals that require a fixed IP, set them with .254, then .253, etc.
